SEVA: Sanskrit meaning, to serve. My yoga journey has helped me to see behind the physical body into the subtle nuisance of exactly how we have come to be in the moment, with postures of achievements and misalignments in our being that has manifested from the lessons of hurt experiences. My yoga practice mission: to serve by helping us see the hidden blocks concealed from our healed self. Gifting you freedom to accept and grow. Yoga offers empowering awareness to adapt self regulating tools to ground, center, & breathe.
